Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists’ day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee to the card on file.
Late cancellation fee (cancelling within 24 hours): 50% of the total appointment cost |
No show fee (not showing up to your appointment): 100% of the total appointment cost
These policies are strictly enforced and there are no exceptions.
Our building is open from 9:00am-6:00pm Monday to Friday. If you have an appointment booked outside of those hours we will meet you at the front door to let you into the building at the time of your appointment.
