Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists’ day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee to the card on file.
Late cancellation fee (cancelling within 24 hours): 50% of the total appointment cost | No show fee (not showing up to your appointment): 100% of the total appointment cost
These policies are strictly enforced and there are no exceptions.
Our building is open from 9:00am-6:00pm Monday to Friday. If you have an appointment booked outside of those hours we will meet you at the front door to let you into the building at the time of your appointment.

Want to save time with your favourite brow and lash services? Book a combo appointment and save time by having the two services done together. For waxing services please refrain from using RETINOLS for one week prior to the appointment. Must not be using Accutane for one year prior to waxing.

These brow services are perfect for enhancing your natural brows. Unsure of where to start your brow journey? We recommend starting your brow journey with a customized eyebrow shaping. It includes a brow map and precise waxing to help you achieve the brows of your dream. The service is completed by tweezing, trimming, and filling in the brows!
